About Me

I am a dedicated and passionate Home Economist brought up in an artisan bakery I have always loved my work and spend much of my freelance career consulting for well-known brand leaders including Waitrose, Neff, Bosch, Siemens, The Womens’ Institute and Le Creuset. 

A strong desire to share my knowledge has inspired me to create an online cookery school. I design and run cookery courses and demonstration classes full of all the useful hints and tips the cookery books forget to mention!  A commitment to sensible eating, home cooking and baking underpin everything I do.
